NEW: Cleaning machine ACS900

When processing with our ultra-short pulse lasers, very fine dust particles are produced. If this dust is not removed properly, scratches or residues on the components may result. Especially for watch parts that already have polished surfaces, this effect is undesirable.

To optimise our washing process, we have recently acquired an ACS900 cleaning device from Greiner Vibrograf AG.

Thanks to the ACS900, we can now define cleaning processes in which the components run through up to 4 different baths. In the process, cleaning can be carried out either with or without ultrasound. Finally, the parts can be dried with cold or warm air.

With that machine, we do not only save valuable time, but also achieve even better cleaning results than before.
