Quality training 2023
Every year in the first quarter, our predefined process key performance indicators (KPIs) are collected and analyzed with the leading employees 📊.
We were able to achieve most of our targets for 2022 and defined new targets for 2023 ✅. One of our major milestones is the relocation to our new building, which is scheduled to take place this year.
Shortly before 🐇Easter, the quality training takes place for all our employees at createch ag. All key figures relevant to the employees are presented and compared with the targets so that everyone has the same level of knowledge.
What you can't see on the picture is that not our whole team has found a seat anymore. In the new building we will have again enough space for trainings and events.
